Do you like Scrabble. But to get hung up trying to force the two points the rest is bummed when someone "steal your spot," or drag it down by Debbie dictionary ("Just let me look up the one word") or Slow Joe (user. Use 20 minutes for the launch)? Well you'll love Bananagrams it would solve the problem. No special squares. (Or square at all), no points on the letters. (All have the same value) and no time to dawdle Instead you are rewarded for speed and flexibility in making your own crossword. You can be completely removed from the cross of you and start from scratch if you want or just switch off the books here and there.

by Bananagrams

Product Features

  • Set of three games: Bananagrams, Appletters and  Pairs in Pears.
  • A fun way for children to develop memory and cognitive skills while learning alphabetical order, word construction, consonants, and vowels, vocabulary, rhyming, etc.

Product Description

The fruit word game assortment includes Bananagrams, Appletters, and Pairs in Pears. Great word games for kids of all ages. * Appletters is a domino-like game for ages six and up where players connect letters instead of dots. * Banangrams is a scrabble-like game but without the board. Using a selection of 144 plastic letter tiles, each player works independently to create their own 'crossword'. When a player uses up all their letters, all players take a new tile from the pool. When all the tiles are gone, the first player to use up all the tiles in their hand wins. * Pairs in Pears is a portable, compact spelling game. Inside a pear-shaped pouch are letter tiles featuring various designs (dots, lines, blank and solid). A fun way for children to develop memory and cognitive skills while learning alphabetical order, word construction, consonants, and vowels, vocabulary, rhyming, etc.

This game is good that we purchased a set of three, most recently playing Bananagrams, but we do like other games as well. You can buy the cheaper. Buy one piece of course. Their children play with Bananagrams, along with the language skills.

The domino game where you don't connect the DOTS... You connect the LETTERS! A fun word game for all.

This review is from: Appletters

Appletters game characters to enjoy the different challenges. We've been Bananagrams playing   for a few months and want something new Appletters differs in that you can connect to the first or last letter of the word done. A small zipper bag seems durable enough and the tiles are extremely durable. (Twice the thickness of the tiles Bananagram), I suggest keeping tiles from the game in the bag, seal, then place the bag apple tiles Bananagram not fall out of the bag banana as easily as those made of tiles. Appletters bag apples. This will not adversely affect the game just observing.
